    Indian Chicken Recipe : Roasted Lemon, Garlic And Tarragon Chicken

    Ingredients :
    1 kg chicken with skin
    200 g butter, softened
    zest of 6 lemons
    4 flakes garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp dried tarragon
    salt and pepper to taste



    Method :
